Using Humor to Pick Up Women

Using humor to pick up women is one of the most underutilized techniques today. Humor can help you and a handful of ways including making opening easier, avoiding awkward pauses and building an immense level of attraction.

What does it take to be funny?  Can anybody be funny?

Firstly, it takes practice to become funny you don't have to be born with it naturally, it can be developed, it is a skill like anything else. As for the question can anybody be funny?  Yes I believe anybody can be funny it just takes practice and a certain perspective and how you look at things. This is where developing a personality comes into play

Before we get into some tips on how to be funny and use humor to pick up women I want you to realize that you are not trying to be funny like a clown. This humor aspect you’re going to implement in order to help attract and pick up women comes from a place of dominance. Self-deprecating humor will be used only once in a while, people whose whole act is based around self-deprecating humor is often coming from a place of lack. That's not where we want to be coming from.

This humor were going to be talking about today is based on situational events. If you meet somebody new and in the course of doing so you spot something out of the ordinary or something that's easy to comment on your going to want to take that opportunity. I'm not talking about being funny or jokes one-liners or anything pre-thought out. The two keys first humor that were going to discuss right now is one picking out funny things from our surroundings and two is using what she says to run with new topics and create funny scenarios with.

Situational Humor

Situational humor is taking anything around you in your environment people places things and using it for comedic purposes. You could see a funny looking dog walk by and say "damn, I wish my dog was that good looking.” This would be an example of using something situational. I personally love people watching I go with the flow and if I see someone exceptionally strange looking I might say "you still be talking to me right now if I look like that, right?" Those are examples of fun and easy ways to use your surroundings to not only lighten the mood but open up more avenues for conversation.

What She Says

This will be used a little more sparingly but it's still fun to pepper in. If she says something a little weird or strange call her out on it. This is beneficial not only from a humor standpoint, but from multithreading as well. Using what she says taking the key points you can proceed to the make a humorous remark or you can delve into a new topic entirely keeping the conversation going strong in a new direction.

Remember humor is like a spice it's to be added sparingly. Overuse of humor will make you look insecure or like a clown. We don't want this. However, using it properly can give you multiple options and help advanced an interaction when meeting new people and picking up women.
