If you haven't spent much time talking to or approaching new women lately that's ok.  It can be a daunting task for some.  It will take you completely out of your comfort zone but believe me, it's well worth it.  Learning how to approach women is like riding a bike - here's some quick tips:

- don't wait for the perfect situation, put yourself out there regardless
- don't rush what you're saying - use pauses when you can
